Bahan-bahan Gyukaku Milk Pudding

  1. Sediakan 250 ml whipping cream dairy.
  2. Sediakan 100 ml susu cair.
  3. Sediakan 2 sdm gula pasir.
  4. Sediakan 1 sdt vanilla ekstrak.
  5. Sediakan 2 sdt gelatin bubuk.
  6. Sediakan 4 sdm air.
  7. Sediakan 100 gram gula palem.
  8. Siapkan 100 ml air.

Rasanya yang sangat lembut dan manisnya yang pas menjadi menu pencuci mulit favorit banyak orang. Velvety smooth pudding with brown sugar syrup and a sprinkling of soya bean powder, it was a subtle beauty which doesn't scream immediate attention at once. Langkah-langkah Membuat Gyukaku Milk Pudding

  1. Masak whip cream, susu cair dn gula dengan api kecil hingga panas.
  2. Tuang gelatin dengan cara disebar perlahan ke 4 sdm air hingga gelatin berubah bening artinya gelatin sudah larut di air.
  3. Setelah larutan whip cream panas, masukan gelatin, aduk2 terus hingga larutan beruap..angkat, masukan vanila ekstrak, aduk, saring, diamkan hingga uap panas hilang.
  4. Tuang ke wadah puding, masukan ke chiller kulkas hingga set.
  5. Saus caramel : masak gula palem dan air dengan api kecil (tidak perlu diaduk),masak hingga berbuih buih, angkat, dinginkan.
  6. Hidangkan puding jika sudah set, topping dengan caramel.
